A week or so ago, I created an email for Charlotte. Each week, I'm going to send her an email sharing memories, love, and milestone. I think this will be a fun way for her to learn everything and see these personal messages from family when she grows up. I'm thinking that when she's about 18 and going off to college that I will share the email with her. It's either that or I'll tell her about it on her Wedding day...we'll see. I got this idea from the message boards I'm on and I just really loved the thought behind it. I also took it to the level of having other family members be able to email her as well. I think one day when great grandparents and grandparents are no longer with us that she'll love being able to read emails they wrote to her.
I just wanted to share this idea so that more parents could put it to use if they like the idea as well.
