As summer is slowly starting to see the finish line (at least as far as I'm concerned), I am happy to say that things are getting back to a good place. This weekend, I spent some much needed time with Charlie, got chores done around the house, worked on a craft project which I will be putting on my craft and projects page, and had some time with the hubby!
An update on me, I am starting a week that is sure to be hell. I am required to be off all allergy medication in order to do allergy testing one week from today. This will hopefully lead to the end of me being sick all the time which would be a relief to me, my family, and our bank account.
Now, for the reason you visit my blog, I'm sure.
Charlie cuteness:
Charlie has a new monkey. He's the George from Curious George. She is monkey crazy for sure!
Charlie Sunday morning with her little monkey that Kagun gave her for Valentine's Day. She's also wearing her ballerina pajamas!
Sunday, I made Charlie pancakes for breakfast which included her First Mickey Mouse pancake. This is a big tradition in my family! My mom used to make them for my brother and I all the time! It's one of my favorite memories! Charlie wasn't that impressed with her Mickey but I think she'll like him better when she's old enough to have him with syrup or chocolate chips and whipped cream. Yum!
