It's been a LONG time since my last post. I pretty much got swept away with life. I've since been busy with work, home, and especially with 2 kids. Jackson was born in June and I took 3 months off from work to be home with the family and spend some time adjusting to our new normal.
We were lucky to have lots of time as a family because Kagun graduated in May of 2014 and was still only working weekends drawing blood. He has not made the transition to Radiology at this time. We keep looking to find the right shift in order to maintain our family's life. We are blessed to always have one of us with the kids. This is not something we are willing to sacrifice. Because of this, we are looking for very specific jobs for him.
I'm not sure I'll spend too much more time playing catch up on the blog. I think I would rather just start fresh and pick up from where were at and only include a back story if needed for certain events.
Going forward, I'm hoping to grow my blog and find my brand. I know it's going to be a lot about family life and how we function. I will definitely include crafts and home projects as they happen. Everything in our lives is one step at a time. I'm hoping this blog will grow over time as well.
Bare with me as I adjust and edit the blog to rearrange and redecorate.
